"I need a straightforward web-based quiz platform that lets me:

• create unlimited quizzes from an admin panel, each containing Multiple Correct Questions, Single Correct Questions, Short/Integer (number) answers, and attach images or bilingual (Hindi/English) text to both questions and options;
• assign custom marks and negative marks per question type;
• generate individual user accounts so participants can log in and attempt any quiz I activate for them;
• hold all scores until I decide to release them, then show full results, rankings, and an automatic “winner” list only After a review period.

A clean dashboard for both admin and users is enough for now—no need for fancy graphics; the focus is on reliable question management, secure user authentication, and accurate scoring logic. Please build it with a commonly supported tech stack (PHP-MySQL, Node-Mongo, or similar) so I can host it on standard shared hosting later.
