"I’m ready to commission a web-based retail analytics platform that connects directly to my data in Google Cloud SQL and presents it through an intuitive, modern dashboard. The application has to render a rich mix of chart types—bar, line, pie, heat-maps and anything else we decide is useful.

Secure, scalable architecture is a non-negotiable. I expect the system to support at least 100 concurrent logins without performance drop-off, so please plan for horizontal scaling and efficient query tuning on GCP. Authentication must rely on OAuth (or an equivalent two-factor flow) and every user should land in the correct role the moment they sign in.

An admin console will sit behind its own route. From there I want to:

• create, edit and deactivate users
• assign or change roles
• fine-tune granular permissions for features and data access

For analysts who aren’t feeding data through Cloud SQL, the UI needs a file-upload component that accepts CSV and Excel so they can run quick ad-hoc studies against the same visual engine.

On the front end I’m looking for a fluid, responsive experience—think React with Material UI or an equally slick framework—so the charts resize gracefully across desktop and tablet. Back-end technology is flexible as long as it pairs cleanly with Cloud SQL and meets the performance targets.

Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
1. Source code in a Git repository with clear setup instructions.
2. Deployed demo on a GCP project I provide.
3. Documentation covering architecture, environment variables and scalability guidance.
4. A thorough hand-over session walking through the codebase and admin tools.
5. Complete handover of code and ownership should happen at the end of the project
