"All of my WhatsApp chats, photos, and videos were deleted, and I then reinstalled the app on my Android phone. Because I never had Google Drive or local backups enabled, the normal restore options are off the table.

I need someone who can still pull whatever is left on the device, reconstruct the chat database, and return the media in its original quality. You may need to work with root-level tools, forensic recovery suites, or adb-based extraction—whatever is most effective as long as it does not further damage what is left.

Deliverables
• Restored message history in a readable format (SQLite, TXT, or HTML).
• All recoverable photos and videos saved in their native resolution.
• A short summary of the steps you took so I understand how the data was retrieved.
