"I’m getting ready to launch a small online store that will sell physical goods only, and I need a straightforward mobile ecommerce app built within a tight launch budget of about 25 k INR.

Core flow
• Customers browse or search the catalogue, apply basic filters, and add items to cart
• Secure checkout accepts credit/debit card payments (no PayPal or wallets for now)
• After purchase, buyers can track the status of their order in-app
• Shoppers may leave ratings and written reviews once an order is marked delivered

Tech & scope guidelines
I’m open to whichever stack you can implement most efficiently—native Android, Flutter, React Native, or similar—so long as it keeps costs lean and the UI feels clean and intuitive. A lightweight admin panel or simple API endpoints for adding products, updating stock, and changing order status would be ideal, but I’m fine with an off-the-shelf backend if it speeds things up.

Deliverable
A fully functional APK (or TestFlight build if you prefer cross-platform) with commented source code, minimal but clear documentation, and a brief hand-off call or video walkthrough so I can manage basic maintenance myself. Please break the work into sensible milestones that respect the overall budget cap—design/prototype, core features, payment integration, and final QA are fine.
