"Build and launch a small business website with email and an embedded AI enquiry assistant

I need an experienced web professional to deliver a complete MVP for a client site and supporting services.

Deliverables

A ready-to-go-live website with four pages: Home, About, Portfolio, Contact with a working contact form.

Professional email: set up Microsoft 365 for the client’s domain, with the primary mailbox working and tested.

AI assistant: embed a simple on-site assistant that can answer common questions and book meetings.

Domain and DNS: manage DNS in the client’s Cloudflare account, ensuring the site and email records are correct.

Ongoing care: basic hosting, security and maintenance handover so the site remains stable after launch.

Prompt feedback on drafts and changes.

Acceptance criteria

Site is live on the client domain, pages render correctly on mobile and desktop, forms deliver to the mailbox, and core web vitals are reasonable.

Microsoft 365 mailbox sends and receives externally, SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass, and autodiscover works.

AI assistant is visible on the site, can answer a small set of seeded FAQs and can hand off to a meeting link or contact form.

DNS is tidy and documented, with a short change log of what was added or updated.

Skills required
