"I need a full-stack, web-based retail analytics platform that connects directly to my data in Google Cloud SQL and turns it into interactive dashboards. The application must generate multiple chart types from live queries, let users upload their own CSV, Excel or JSON files for ad-hoc exploration, and present everything in a modern, fluid UI that feels as smooth on a laptop as it does on a tablet.

Architecture and scale are critical. The system must comfortably support 100+ concurrent logins today, with headroom to grow, so I expect stateless services, horizontal scaling and a clearly documented deployment on Google Cloud (App Engine, Cloud Run or GKE—choose what best meets the brief). Session management should rely on OAuth and, ideally, optional two-factor authentication. An admin console is required for creating users, assigning roles and viewing audit logs.

I will consider any contemporary front-end stack—React, Vue or Angular—paired with robust charting libraries such as D3.js, ECharts or [login to view URL], provided the navigation stays clean and intuitive. Back-end language is flexible as long as it integrates cleanly with Cloud SQL and follows secure coding practices.
