"I want to build a mobile app in Android and IOS , which has functionality as :
1. Take an email address
2. Take data from QR code
3. From QR code it draws information from it , then sends that information to server where data is analysed and then report is generated .
The freelancer chosen their job will only to send the information to the server ( the other bit) our team does it .
4. Questions are then sent to APP from server which the user completes
5. Then the user has comments box which they insert comments about the clients health. Then submit , then
6. Payment is taken at this point
7. Payment is cleared the report is presented on the app and also sent to the email provided at the starting.

The app will have two tabs ( check up ) and ( Detailed Test ) .
Both tabs will function as the above .

We need this designed in 2 weeks maximum and to work on IOS and android and web.
All the source code will belong to me . SO by agreeing whoever the freelancer we choose will have to make sure , the proprietary coding belongs to me ." (client-provided description)
