"I’m looking to get a lean, no-frills P2P bidding app built for Android along with a small web-based admin panel. The goal is to let users register, place bids on each other’s listings, and chat inside the app. A basic payment gateway is needed, but only for optional premium features or subscriptions—regular bidding itself stays free.

Key things I need covered
• Android app (Kotlin or Java, whichever keeps development light)
• Secure user registration / login
• Simple bid-placing workflow with status updates
• In-app messaging between the bidder and the listing owner
• Payment integration limited to premium tiers (UPI or Razorpay would be ideal)
• Admin panel where I can view users, approve listings, and track premium purchases

For acceptance I’ll look for:
• Signed APK plus full source code in Git
• Deployed admin panel with credentials
