"I need a full-featured, mobile-friendly website where cricket fans can make and track match predictions. The core scope is clear and focused:

• Match Prediction Module
– I will manually enter upcoming fixtures, squads, odds, and the “correct” results once a match is finished.
– Registered users (and only registered users) can submit their predictions through an intuitive form that works just as well on phones as on desktop.

• Account & Access Management
– Simple sign-up/login with email or social logins.
– A dashboard where each user can review their prediction history, see points earned, and edit their profile.

• Admin Console
– Secure back-office to add matches, open/close prediction windows, score results in bulk, and view overall site stats.
– Role-based permissions so I can delegate data entry without exposing full controls.

• Scoring & Leaderboard
– Automatic point calculation the moment I lock in final scores.
– A real-time leaderboard to showcase top predictors and encourage friendly rivalry.

• UX, UI & Performance
– Modern, clean interface in line with popular sports apps.
– Responsive design, fast page loads, and clear calls-to-action.
– SEO-ready markup so match pages can rank organically.

• Technology & Delivery
– I’m open to PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or another mainstream stack—choose what you can support long-term.
– Well-documented REST or GraphQL endpoints so a future mobile app can plug in without rework.
– Source code in a private repo, deployment to my cloud account, and a short hand-over session.
