"I need a first-iteration web app built on [login to view URL] that lets end-users add, edit, view, and delete their own records through clean, responsive screens. Data entry and management is the sole focus at this stage; nothing else has to distract us from getting that flow smooth and reliable.

Core build requirements
• Bubble-based database structure set up for easy scaling later.
• Front-end forms that talk directly to those tables, each including a File upload button so users can attach documents or images alongside their entries.
• Basic admin dashboard so I can review and purge test data while we validate the concept.

Nice-to-have (not mandatory right now)
User authentication, fancy UI animations, or e-commerce hooks may come next, so please structure pages and workflows with future expansion in mind.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can create a new record, attach at least one file, save, retrieve, update, and delete without errors.
2. The same actions work on desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
3. App is handed over with Bubble editor access plus a short Loom walkthrough explaining page structure and key workflows.
