"Requests for the Personnel Tracking System:

-Dashboard: All personnel - Those who should be on shift - Personnel who did not show up - Personnel who arrived late - Personnel on leave - Pending leave requests

-Staff Management: Full list of staff
-View/manage staff shifts via staff profiles
+Staff profile management

-Shift Management: We have an Excel table that will be uploaded monthly; shift data should be extracted in accordance with this table. / Add/remove/edit shifts afterward.

- Leave management: A section where staff leave requests can be approved/rejected, as well as new and old leave requests.

- QR code management: A QR code that will be refreshed every 30 seconds. Each QR code will have its own URL. The URLs will be entered into different screens, and the QR codes will be used for entry/exit. The QR code scanning process will be done in the mobile app.

-Notifications: Notifications such as employee shifts or tasks assigned to employees should be sent instantly.

-SMS management: 2FA will be required for login. Our API information will be shared with you.

-Branch management: There will be a main branch and a sub-branch.

- Detailed admin management: Branch admin - Super admin - Admin - Team manager.
+Detailed information about admin permissions will be shared with you.

- Team management: Staff will be divided into teams of 2+ people. Each team will have a team leader who can view and manage data related to that team.

-Reports: This section will include reports on employee data such as leave taken, attendance, and tardiness on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

System settings section: User management: 10-15 people will log in to the web panel. All of these people will have specific admin privileges (admin - team manager). We will grant user privileges to employees from this section.

MOBILE APPLICATION: android and ios
- Function to log in and out using a QR code.
- Area where employees can view the shifts of all members of their team for that day.
- Area where employees can view their assigned tasks.
