"I have a web demo that streams joint data from a Microsoft Kinect into [login to view URL] and drives a Mixamo-rigged character. The core pipeline is in place, but several bones are still mis-aligned—arms twist unnaturally, legs bend on the wrong joint.

You will receive:
• the current [login to view URL] Three Fiber project (ES6 modules)
• mock Kinect JSON with every frame of motion
• the fully-rigged Mixamo character

Your task is to make the avatar mirror the incoming data accurately. I’m open to you refining the existing codebase or rebuilding key parts from scratch—whichever gets stable, clean results fastest.

Core objectives
1. Correct bone mapping and rotation math so arms, legs, and head track the data naturally with no gimbal issues.
2. Preserve or improve overall performance in the browser (60 fps target on desktop).
3. Keep the code readable: clear function names, concise comments, no unused files.

The job is done when the character follows the mock data convincingly in a modern browser without visible limb errors. If you need helper libraries for quaternions, IK, or retargeting, just note them in the code.

Experience with [login to view URL] animation, Mixamo skeletons, and real-time WebGL is essential. Let me know your preferred approach.
