"I need a system to rotate a daily task between more than 10 senior and 10 junior employees.

Requirements:
- One senior and one junior employee for a task, that takes place once per day
- Each employee performs the task only once per cycle. If there are 60 senior employees, employee 1 should not have to perform the task again until all other 59 employees have performed the task. This gets tricky. If employee ## is next on the list for the task yet absent. I will need the next available employee who has not yet performed the task. to perform the said task.
