"I have an end-to-end coaching platform already live on [login to view URL] 14 (App Router) with React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix UI and shadcn-inspired components, talking to Supabase (PostgreSQL + Row Level Security, Auth, real-time subscriptions, pgvector) through Edge Functions and deployed on Vercel. The application works, but the codebase now needs a thorough review and a round of focused improvements across three fronts: the frontend, the backend/data layer, and overall security & compliance.

Frontend goals
• Squeeze every millisecond out of loading speed, rendering efficiency and individual component performance without sacrificing the current design system.
• Refactor for clearer, more maintainable code—TypeScript types tightened, clsx / cva utilities cleaned up, ESLint issues resolved.
• Polish the UI/UX so interactions feel effortless while still relying on our Tailwind + Radix foundation.

Backend & data goals
• Audit Supabase schema, RLS policies and indexes to remove bottlenecks.
• Review Edge Functions and pgvector usage for unnecessary cold starts or slow embeddings queries.
• Validate real-time subscriptions for memory leaks or redundant traffic.

Security & compliance goals
• Verify Supabase Auth flows, MFA implementation (otplib) and encrypted storage policies.
• Ensure audit trails are capturing the right events and expose no personally identifiable information.
• Confirm environment variables in dotenv are handled safely across preview and production in Vercel.

Key deliverables
1. A concise review document highlighting issues, their impact and proposed fixes.
2. Refactored code PRs addressing the agreed points, fully typed and lint-clean.
3. Performance before/after metrics (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, query timings).
4. A short hand-off note describing any new patterns or conventions introduced.
