"I’m building an Android-only application that lets visitors in Digha, Mandarmani, Tajpur and the surrounding beaches book local taxis for point-to-point trips or curated sightseeing tours.
The idea is straightforward—think “Uber for coastal tours,” but trimmed down to the essentials with a simple, minimalistic interface.

Core flow
• Tourist launches the app, chooses either “Quick Ride” for a single destination or “Sightseeing Tour” for a preset or custom route, and confirms the request.
• Nearby drivers receive the request, can view basic trip details and fare, then accept or decline.
• Real-time status (accepted, en-route, completed) shows on both sides, with GPS positioning throughout the trip.
• At trip end, the rider rates the driver; the driver sees a brief summary.

Primary deliverables
1. Passenger APK focused on ride booking and tour selection.
2. Driver APK (or a separate mode within the same build) that supports request notifications and live tracking.
3. Lightweight admin back-end (REST API with simple dashboard) to manage driver accounts, tour packages and pricing.
4. Source code, build instructions and a brief hand-off document.

Acceptance criteria
• Compiles and installs cleanly on Android 11+.
• Book-accept-track-complete flow works on a real device in a mocked GPS environment.
• Interface aligns with the agreed minimalistic style—no elaborate graphics, quick loading, large tappable elements.

Tools you’re comfortable with—Flutter, React Native or native Kotlin—are all fine so long as the final APK is stable and ready for Play Store submission.
