"Our system uses Perfex CRM with the Perfex API (customer) and a Flutter mobile app.
There’s a bug in the ticket module when creating a ticket.

Problem:

• The request is sent to the backend successfully.
• But the mobile app does not show a success message and does not close the form.
• Instead, it throws this error:
_TypeError (type '_Map<String, dynamic>' is not a subtype of type 'ResponseModel')



Handle the API response so Flutter accepts it.
Make sure the success message appears and the form closes after creating a ticket.
Prevent this type casting error between Map<String, dynamic> and ResponseModel
Add service dropdown list came from backend
Enhance the app performance

The fix must be done directly in our environment and servers (Perfex CRM backend + Flutter project) so it can be tested and confirmed to work on our live setup.
