"My WordPress site needs three things, in this order: a full-site backup, a noticeable bump in loading speed, and fresh attention to its local-listing SEO.

1. Full backup
Before you touch a single setting, create a complete copy—database, files, everything—and give me both a downloadable archive and clear instructions for restoring it if ever needed.

2. Speed optimisation
I’m focused on front-end performance first: faster Time to First Byte, leaner CSS/JS delivery, proper server-side caching and any low-hanging fruit that will shave seconds off load time. If you see quick wins in image compression or code clean-up while you’re in there, feel free to suggest them; I’ll green-light anything that doesn’t compromise design or functionality.

3. Local SEO tune-up
Once the site is humming, tighten up on-page signals that feed Google Business Profile, Maps, and other local directories—meta data alignment, NAP consistency, and any schema tweaks that help me rank in my immediate service area. I already handle content; I need your technical touch.
