• Audit every existing rule (Page Rules, Transform Rules, Cache Rules, Workers, APO if relevant) and identify conflicts or mis-scopes that cause stale assets to persist.
• Re-configure or create the proper rule set so new or updated products appear instantly while non-changing assets remain aggressively cached.
• Set up an automated, bullet-proof cache-clear approach for catalogue updates—whether that means webhook-triggered purges, tag-based purging, or another proven technique.
• Provide a concise hand-off document showing what was changed, why, and how to adjust TTLs or bypass logic in the future.

Acceptance criteria
