"I need a Python script that visits [login to view URL] (cloudflare protected), locates the daily XLS file, downloads it, and converts the content to CSV before saving locally. The same script must also loop over past dates and pull every file for the last 2 years.

Key requirements I want covered
• Format: save each dataset as CSV, keeping the original column structure intact.
• Reliability: if a download fails the script should retry immediately
• Clean output: place files in dated sub-folders or use a clear filename pattern so nothing is overwritten.

Feel free to use requests, pandas, BeautifulSoup, selenium, or any combination that achieves consistent downloads; just keep external dependencies minimal and listed in a requirements.txt.
