"I need the full TiviMate experience unlocked—every premium feature active—along with a simple web-based panel that lets me stay in charge of who can use it. The panel’s only core job right now is user management, specifically the ability to create new user accounts and delete old ones. Accounts should authenticate with a straightforward username-and-password flow; no OAuth or two-factor layers are required at this stage.

Please include clear setup instructions so I can install the panel on my own server and distribute the unlocked TiviMate app to end users without hiccups.
