Description:
I want to integrate an AI voice survey system directly with my VICIdial server.
Instead of routing outbound calls to live agents, the calls should connect (via SIP URI) to an AI voice server that conducts the entire survey automatically.

The AI should receive lead details (customer name, phone number, etc.) from VICIdial in real time, ask dynamic questions, understand responses, record and transcribe the full call, and then automatically dispose the lead in VICIdial based on the customer’s answer (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, Busy, etc.).

Main Requirements:

Integrate VICIdial outbound calls with AI voice server using SIP.

Send real-time lead info (name, number, etc.) from VICIdial to the AI system.

Use LLaMA or compatible local LLM for conversation flow and logic generation.

Use Whisper (ASR) for speech-to-text and Coqui TTS (or other open-source) for text-to-speech.

Provide a web-based GUI to create, edit, and manage question/answer logic without coding.

Transcribe each call and save as PhoneNumber_Timestamp.txt.

Automatically update VICIdial disposition according to AI’s classification of the conversation.

Entire system must use free and open-source software (no per-minute or API-based billing).

Deployable on Linux (self-hosted) environment.
