"We’re developing Safado, a gay dating app built in Flutter (mobile + web) with a Firebase backend.

We want to replace our current Flutter Web Admin Panel with a Django Admin + Django REST Framework backend that connects to Firebase for data, authentication, and storage.

The backend should provide a clean admin dashboard and secure APIs for the Flutter app.

Key Responsibilities:
Build a Django Admin Panel connected to Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage)
