"I need a single platform that lets me run and track outbound campaigns across several chat apps, starting with WhatsApp. For the first release the WhatsApp module must handle automated messaging flows, real-time analytics with clear reporting dashboards, and flexible contact segmentation so I can target groups on the fly.

This module also has to talk to our existing CRM through an API, pulling contact data in and pushing campaign results back out without manual exports. Once the WhatsApp side is stable, I want the same core architecture extended to Viber, Telegram, Signal and Botim, so please keep the codebase modular and channel-agnostic.

Key deliverables:
• MVP WhatsApp campaign manager featuring automated messaging, analytics/reporting and segmentation
• CRM connector with secure authentication and bi-directional data sync
• Technical plan outlining how additional channels will be plugged in later (no need to build them yet)

I’m open to your suggestions on tech stack and hosting, as long as the final product is scalable and easy to maintain.
