"I need a clean, fast-loading single page written in HTML5, CSS3, and a touch of JavaScript for any light interactivity (smooth scroll, back-to-top, basic form validation). The page should be fully responsive, look consistent across modern browsers, and be easy for me to update later without diving into a framework.
