"Flutter & Dart Developer (Long-Term, Full-Time, Remote)

I’m extending my small, fully remote product team and looking for a dedicated Flutter & Dart specialist who can commit 30–40 hours per week. You’ll be shipping new features and refining existing ones in fast-growing mobile apps built on BLoC and Riverpod (with a few remaining Provider modules you’ll help phase out).

What’s in the current codebase:
• Clean architecture with modular, reusable widgets
• Deep Firebase integration: Authentication, Realtime Database, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, and Cloud Messaging for push notifications
• Modules for e-commerce flows, social-style feeds, and utility screens, all written in Flutter

Your day-to-day:
• Implementing UI/UX directly from Figma designs
• Connecting and optimizing REST / GraphQL APIs
• Improving performance and proposing creative animations or background worker solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Ground rules:
• Independent freelancers only (no agencies)
• Time tracked via Hubstaff during agreed hours
• Strong written and spoken English for daily stand-ups and code reviews
