First, audit my current touchpoints—website, mobile app, and social channels—to pinpoint friction and drop-off areas. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar to quantify what’s happening today.

Next, craft a detailed engagement strategy that includes:
• A concise audit report with key insights and quick-win recommendations
• User-journey maps highlighting moments to surprise and delight
• Concept wireframes or visual mock-ups (Figma, Sketch, or similar) for at least one high-impact feature
