"I’m planning to launch a fast-paced, third-person arcade racing game on mobile and need someone who can take it from concept to a polished, store-ready build. The goal is to capture the pick-up-and-play excitement of classic arcade racers while making full use of modern touch controls and device performance.

You’ll be handling core gameplay programming, car handling that feels fun rather than hyper-realistic, UI that’s intuitive on smaller screens, and basic visual effects that pop on today’s phones. I already have a broad theme and a few track ideas sketched out; what I’m missing is the technical expertise to bring it all together in a lightweight, optimized package.

My ideal hand-off includes:
• A playable mobile APK (Android or cross-platform engine output) featuring one fully functional track, at least two car models with distinct stats, and simple menu flow.
• Clean, well-commented project files so future content updates are straightforward.
• Clear instructions for building and publishing the game to app stores.
