"I already generate steady leads for blogs and other content-driven sites; what I need now is a reliable developer who can take each brief and turn it into a polished, live website without my having to worry about the technical details.

Here’s how I see the partnership working:
• I forward the client’s requirements, copy and brand assets.
• You build the site—typically on WordPress or another mainstream CMS—making sure it is responsive, SEO-ready and easy for non-technical owners to update.
• Once the client signs off, you migrate it to their hosting and provide a short hand-off guide.

We’ll keep day-to-day communication on email so everything stays in one trail. Turnaround will vary by project, but most jobs fall in the small-to-medium range (5-15 pages). You’ll invoice per project, and I’ll handle all client billing on my side.
