"I’ve just switched from HubSpot to GetResponse and need my WordPress site (built with Elementor) wired up to the new CRM without any data-flow hiccups. Some existing forms, like newsletter signup, job application, and Get A Quote form, already sit on the site; they simply have to start posting leads straight into the correct GetResponse lists, apply the right tags, and trigger an automated, fully-branded thank-you email (I will make the email template).

Scope of work
• Replace the current HubSpot connections with GetResponse for all forms.
• Confirm that each form submission lands in the proper list and that the newsletter subscription fires the automated thank-you message.
• Walk me through the setup so I can edit or duplicate the workflow myself later (screen share or recorded video is fine).


Acceptance criteria
1. Test submissions from all forms appear instantly in the relevant GetResponse list with all submitted fields intact (currently the newsletter form shows an error message when subscribing)
2. The customized thank-you email is triggered every time and pulls dynamic contact data correctly.
3. Detailed hand-off documentation or a short recorded tutorial shows where to edit connections, lists, and automation rules.
