"My web-based CRM is already running smoothly in production; now I need a mobile companion that covers the same day-to-day workflows on both iOS and Android. The apps must continue functioning when users lose connectivity, queuing any changes locally and syncing them automatically once a connection is restored.

Key points
• Single sign-on with the existing web credentials so the user experience feels seamless.
• All screens, forms, and lists should draw data from the current REST/JSON APIs (or you may propose GraphQL if you see clear advantages).
• When offline, users should still be able to browse cached data, create or edit records, and receive visual cues that their updates are pending.
• Sync logic has to manage conflicts gracefully and keep the local store lightweight.
• Push notifications need to relay reminders and status updates exactly as the browser version does.

I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or fully native Swift + Kotlin as long as the final builds pass App Store and Play Store review without issues and the codebase is easy for my in-house team to maintain.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear modular structure and inline documentation.
2. Test-flight/alpha builds for review on both platforms.
3. A concise setup guide so my developers can run the project locally and handle future updates.
4. Live apps published under my existing developer accounts.
