"I want the site developed completely from scratch—no WordPress, no Shopify—so that every line of code is tailored to my needs. The core requirement is a secure user authentication flow: account creation, email-verified sign-in, forgotten-password recovery, and a simple admin area where I can view, block, or delete users.

Beyond that foundation I’m happy to take your guidance on tech stack (Laravel, Django, Node, or another modern framework) and best-practice front-end methods to keep the interface responsive on all screens. Design can start from a clean template or your own concept; either way I’ll need the final assets, commented source code, and instructions for deployment on a standard VPS.
