"I need a full-featured social networking application released on both iOS and Android. Core functions include a real-time news feed and one-to-one or group messaging, plus a live-stream module where users can broadcast or watch events directly inside the app. I would also like sections for curated news, blog posts, and a small merchandise storefront so we can highlight branded items without pushing users to an external site.

Only basic authentication is required—email or phone verification is enough—so the sign-up flow should stay quick and frictionless. Beyond that, a clean, modern UI, push notifications, and standard analytics hooks will round out the first version.

Deliverables:
• Native or cross-platform codebase ready for App Store and Google Play submission
• Lightweight backend/API to serve user data, news feed content, and stream endpoints
• Admin console (web or in-app) for moderating posts, live-streams, and managing merchandise listings
• Documentation and hand-over support for build, deploy, and future updates

Acceptance criteria will be a successful TestFlight/Test release on both platforms that passes store guidelines and demonstrates messaging, news feed scrolling, live streaming, and in-app merchandise checkout without crashes or major UI defects.
