"I’m ready to commission a complete, web-based hotel management platform that brings Front Desk, Housekeeping, Inventory, Point of Sale and Accounting under one roof. The application must run smoothly in any modern browser and expose a responsive interface that adapts elegantly to both Android and iOS devices, so staff can work just as easily from a phone or tablet as they do at a desktop.

Role management is essential. I need three distinct permission tiers—Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping Staff and Management—each restricted to the functions relevant to their day-to-day tasks. Please bake that hierarchy into the database design and the UI from the start to avoid retrofitting later.

Because every module is interconnected, I expect a single sign-on experience and a shared data layer:

• Front Desk – check-in/out, room assignment, folio handling
• Housekeeping – real-time room status updates, task lists
• Inventory – stock levels for amenities and the POS system
• Point of Sale – restaurant/bar charges that post straight to guest folios
• Accounting – daily revenue reports, ledger, tax breakdowns

I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it is future-proof and well-documented (Laravel + Vue, Django + React, Node + [login to view URL]—whichever you’re most proficient with). Clean REST or GraphQL APIs, unit tests and containerised deployment (Docker or similar) will be considered part of the deliverable.
