Description:
We’re looking for a specialist or team to fully develop a web platform that helps students match their performance to college recruiting standards and showcase their profiles to colleges and coaches.
Tasks Include:
Integrate college recruiting standards: Scrape or pull data from sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or PDFs/third-party sources.
AI matching engine: Automate the comparison of student performance data (from text/Excel/CSV) against college standards.
Student dashboard: Build a portal displaying resume, recruiting standards, certificates, videos, transcripts, documents, and photos.
Coach/college access: Allow college coaches to search, filter, and shortlist student profiles.
Automated notifications: Send emails to colleges about shortlisted students.
UI/UX design & wireframes: Design engaging, easy-to-use interfaces (initial ideation, wireframes, visuals).
Secure media/document upload: Allow students to upload certificates, videos, transcripts, and other files.

Deliverables:
Product requirements document/PRD.
Figma/Sketch wireframes and UI assets.
Fully functional, tested web application.
API integrations (data scraping etc.).
Cloud deployment & basic admin tools.
Post-launch support (optional, please indicate availability).

Skills Needed:
Web/app development (React, Angular, Node.js, Python, etc.).
AI/ML experience (for matching engine).
UI/UX design and strong dashboard skills.
Data management and API integration.
Experience with educational/recruitment platforms is a bonus.
