"I’m launching an international freelance portal that will later evolve into a mobile app, and I want the full web platform architected now with that future step in mind.

Core user roles are already mapped out: Freelancers need a streamlined dashboard to apply for relevant jobs, track their entire job history, and complete a dual-step profile verification (email + SMS). Project Managers must be able to publish projects and trigger notifications only to matching freelancers. Project Coordinators oversee quality, with the power to blacklist users when necessary. An Admin layer sits on top of everything with full database and settings control.

Key workflow requirements:

• Secure sign-up with email and mobile OTP verification, plus the option to request an ID upload for added authenticity.
• Role-based dashboards that surface only the actions and data each user needs.
• Project creation flow for managers, including skill tags or filters so notifications reach the right talent automatically.
• Blacklist mechanism managed by coordinators that instantly restricts access while preserving audit logs.
• Space in the codebase for a mass-payment gateway: while the integration may go live in phase two, the structure and interfaces should be ready from day one.
• Clean, well-documented API endpoints so the companion mobile app can be built on the same back end without rework.

I’m open on the tech stack, but the solution must be scalable, API-driven, and secure (JWT or OAuth2 preferred). If you have pre-built modules for two-factor authentication, real-time notifications (WebSocket, Firebase, or similar), or payment batching, that’s a plus.
