"I have an existing React Native app that needs a focused upgrade. The current build pulls data from a custom PHP-MySQL backend; I now want everything moved to Firebase so that authentication, authorization, and real-time data all sit under one roof.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Database migration – move every current table and endpoint from the PHP stack into Cloud Firestore (or Realtime Database if you recommend it) and make sure the app reads and writes flawlessly after the switch.
• Firebase Auth – email / password flow is enough for now; roles should be handled via Firebase rules so I can gate certain screens.
• APK update – the main codebase is solid, but I need a small new feature set: an admin panel available only to privileged users and a few changes to existing forms (mostly adding or renaming fields).
• Admin panel – lightweight, built in React Native for consistency, that lets me create / update / delete records now stored in Firebase.
• Build & delivery – produce a fresh, signed Android APK plus instructions or scripts to generate future builds.

Done means the new APK installs cleanly, authenticates through Firebase, syncs data without hitting the PHP server, and my admin panel can edit those newly migrated collections. If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s talk timelines and get started." (client-provided description)
