"I need a small, clean business-information site built with HTML5 and the latest Bootstrap framework. The look I’m after is modern and sleek—subtle animations, crisp typography and full responsiveness on mobile, tablet and desktop.

For the initial phase I only require an “About Us” page that tells our story and showcases our team. It should load fast, follow best SEO practices, and be set up so additional pages such as Home or Contact Us can be added later with the same visual style.

You’re free to start from a blank template or a reputable open-source Bootstrap theme, as long as the final code is well-commented, W3C-compliant, and easy for me to maintain. Please include any JS you think enhances UX, but keep dependencies light.

• Fully responsive About Us page (HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS)
• Linked stylesheet and any custom JS files
• Optimised images and assets in organised folders
• Brief read-me explaining file structure and how to expand the site
