"Project Scope

The purpose of this section is to clearly state the scope of the project so that it can be understood by The Client steering committee and evaluation team. The implementation will be carried out on supplied software.
The following is the scope statement serving as the foundation for the resource estimate.

In discussions with the Steering team at the client, I will formulate a roadmap. Each module would be discussed in detail, a gap analysis will be conducted and then implementation performed. This would ensure a successful delivery and implementation. The modules to be integrated and implemented are as below.

CRM Solution: A full featured CRM with the following features:
• Capture leads which may be converted to opportunities
• Organise the sequence of steps an opportunity can take
• Track, log and analyse every activity
• Get a clear overview of the opportunity pipeline
• Work faster with the drag and drop interface
• Set up specific stages for each sales team
• Automatic archiving of lost opportunities and manual archiving of other opportunities
• Schedule meetings from the customer opportunity
• Create template of emails for the most common communications
• Create sales dashboards with the advanced reporting engine and share useful filters with the team
• Analyse your opportunities pipeline with advanced filters, grouping, drill-down, etc.
• Send SMS to contacts

Additionally, fully integrated with a flexible and comprehensive Sales quotation module allowing customised quotes to be emailed, or placed online, for a customer to approve. Any comments for a contact are automatically recorded against the quotation.

Quotation: An easy-to-use quotation system. The quotes can easily be converted to a Sales Order via a click of a button. Customisation would be done in quote module to allow for ease of ordering as well as ability to allow modifications to products which will include options for printing, embroidery etc. Ability to group products and allow for the same decoration on one or more products will be made available.

Sales & Invoicing Solution: Sales module is integrated with the CRM & Inventory module. This allows for a 360-degree view across the customers and their history. The key requirements to fulfil are as below.
• Central hub for all sales orders to flow into & get fulfilled
• Fulfilment workflow with dashboard visibility (job status)
• Ability to show Stock in-hand
• Ability to view job schedules and plan schedules.
• Account overview, payment gateway A one click invoicing option is available to create invoices from within sales orders and this could be used to create full or part value invoices.

Accounting Solution: A full featured financial module which completely integrates with other applications. Accounting offers the following:
• Bank Synchronization
• Manage Bills & Expenses
• Invoicing Purchasing Solution provides a fully functional Purchase module which allows for managing suppliers, PO, multiple companies. Based on requirements from The Client.

The Purchase module would allow for the following:
• Supplier Management
• Ability to generate (interim POs) and then finalise after supplier confirmation
• Ability to email POs from system with Supplier Templates / or Company Templates
• Supplier Management
• Workflow & Approval

Purchasing Dashboard Inventory Solution has a scalable inventory module which allow for the following:
• Ability to create different locations & warehouses.
• Ability to integrate Barcodes
• Ability to show Stock in-hand.
• Fully integrate with Order Management

Document Management will allow you to store all documents at a central place and help you to move to a paperless office. Everything is permission driven allowing you full control on who gets access to what.

Timesheets helps businesses track employee work hours efficiently. It allows users to log time on tasks, projects, or client work in real-time or manually. Integrated with other apps like Project, HR, and Invoicing, it enables automated billing, performance analysis, and payroll processing. There will be customisations required which will allow for the necessary checks and operations to be carried out at both times (pickup and delivery), Site Inspections and Delivery Tracking."
