"I’m ready to give my WordPress site (running on the Hello theme with Elementor) a fresh look. The goal is simple: update the visual design of the homepage so it immediately feels modern and minimalist.

Our company helps businesses improve customer experience (CX) through Zoho CRM, Dialpad voice/contact centre, and AI-driven automation. The current front page feels dated; we want something simple, human, and trustworthy that makes visitors understand what we do in seconds.

Objectives
- Replace the current hero with a modern, human-centric hero.
- Crystal-clear value proposition in one glance.
- Strong primary CTA above the fold (e.g., “Book a Free CX Discovery”).
- Fast loading on mobile & desktop (Core Web Vitals targets below).
- Mobile-first, accessible, and SEO-friendly structure.

A. Scope
- Redesign the homepage only (one page) — no extra pages
- Replace the existing hero with a more positive, modern image and clear call-to-action.
- Tidy up layout and typography for better flow and readability.
- Add small icons or visuals to highlight our four key offerings:
(a) CX Strategy & Consulting
(b) CRM, Contact Centre & Voice Implementation (Zoho + Dialpad)
(c) Agentic AI Automation
(d) Training & Support

- Optimise for speed and mobile responsiveness.
a) Page load (LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.10)
b) No page builders other than Elementor; no extra heavy plugins.
c) Accessibility basics: alt text, focus states, sufficient contrast.


B. Design Direction

- Clean, minimalist layout with plenty of white space.
- Friendly, human imagery (no dark or robotic themes).
- Subtle icons or dividers to break up content.
- Fast-loading WebP images, lightweight animations (if any).
- Consistent fonts and colours (we’ll provide brand palette and logo).

C. Deliverables
- Completed Elementor homepage built on Hello theme.
- Responsive design tested for mobile, tablet, desktop.
- Optimised hero image and compressed media.
- Basic SEO tags + headings structured correctly.
- Quick hand-over note (fonts, image sizes, colours).

D. Performance Goals
- Must load fast on both mobile and desktop (Google PageSpeed 85+).
- Keep it light — minimal plugins, clean Elementor structure. Already has all the plugins you need
