"I’m building a single, AI-driven platform that empowers service-based businesses to handle every stage of the customer journey—from first enquiry to repeat purchase—without juggling separate tools. The core of the product is an “agentic” engine: think of it as a smart assistant that routes inbound calls, launches outbound campaigns, books appointments, nurtures leads, and constantly learns from the data it gathers.

Key functions I need developed include:
a platform that all business to create their own sales and marketing agent eg
• Appointment scheduling that syncs with popular calendar tools and triggers reminders automatically.
• A lightweight yet insightful CRM to capture every lead and track progress in one view.
• Automated marketing campaigns (email, SMS, and push) that can be configured once and left to run.
• Integrated calling and enquiry handling, covering both inbound and outbound voice or VoIP calls with call-tracking and recordings.
• AI content generation for emails, ads, and blog or social posts, followed by one-click social media scheduling.

Please build the platform so it can scale to multiple service industries (salons, consultants, clinics, etc.) with modular permissions and white-labelling in mind. I’m open to your recommended stack, but reliability, low-latency calling, and clean UI/UX are non-negotiable.

Deliverables will be:
1. Fully functional web app, deployed to a cloud host we agree on.
2. Source code in a private repo with clear setup docs.
3. Brief video walkthrough demonstrating each feature from the perspectives of Admin, Sales Agent, and Marketing roles.
4. Post-launch support for bug fixes during the first month.
