"Hello There , I’m looking to build a complete email validation system similar to ZeroBounce or NeverBounce.

The tool should verify and validate email addresses without actually sending an email — it should check deliverability using MX lookup, SMTP probing (RCPT TO test), syntax checks, and detect catch-all, disposable, role-based, risky, or invalid emails.

Here’s what I need the system to include:

Core requirements:

Validate emails without sending real messages (no SMTP DATA step)

DNS/MX/SPF/DKIM and SMTP handshake checks

Detect disposable, catch-all, and role-based emails

Provide a confidence score + result (deliverable, risky, undeliverable, unknown, etc.)

Bulk validation (CSV upload) and REST API for single or batch checks

Web dashboard to upload lists, view results, and download reports

Webhook or notification when bulk validation completes

Simple admin panel to manage API keys, users, and logs

Must return clear reason codes (like smtp_250_ok, mx_not_found, etc.)
