"I need a single, high-impact HTML + CSS splash page that introduces our brand in a polished, corporate voice. The page should open with our mission statement, backed by strong visuals or graphics that reinforce who we are and what we stand for. Clarity, hierarchy, and readable typography are critical, and the layout must look and behave consistently on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.

Please code with clean, semantic HTML5 and modern, maintainable CSS3. Feel free to lean on a lightweight framework (e.g., Bootstrap) if it speeds up development, but keep the markup lean and performance friendly. I will supply the final copy; you supply the visual concept, responsive layout, and any custom graphics or iconography needed to make the message pop.
