"I recently ran a full crawl with the Site blub audit Tool on my SharePoint 2016 Classic site and the report is clear: bulky CSS and JavaScript are dragging down performance, and several on-page SEO items need attention.

What I need from you is a tight, end-to-end optimisation pass. Together we will:
• Strip out or consolidate unused CSS/JS, making sure every line that stays is actually called.
• Tune Speed Index, FCP and LCP by refining page layouts, master pages and any custom web parts that touch the DOM.
• Re-architect site structure where it affects crawl depth or render time.
• Fix the SEO basics flagged by the audit—missing or duplicated metadata, broken internal links and weak keyword placement—without breaking the Classic experience. You will teach me and advise me and i will execute.

I will provide the audit output, css and js. The project is confidential and personal; source code and data stay on my tenant, i could not provide VPN access or any kind of access, the website is public but i can do a meeting and show you the website. Final acceptance is simple: Lighthouse hit agreed targets, no critical issues left in Site blub, css and js files optimized (no unused data) and the site renders flawlessly across our standard browsers.
