"I need a straightforward page inside my existing Laravel project that shows what I earn from each individual referral. The only functionality required right now is an earnings display: every referral should appear with its name beside the amount credited to me for that specific signup or purchase. No link-generation or tracking logic has to be built at this stage, but the code should be clean enough for me to add those features later.

Please build it the “Laravel way” using a dedicated route, a compact controller method, Eloquent queries, and a Blade view that drops neatly into my current layout. Feel free to leverage Bootstrap/Tailwind (whichever is already present) for quick styling so the table looks consistent with the rest of the site.

Deliverables:
• Migration or query tweak if the referral table needs an extra earnings column
• Controller method that gathers referral name + earned amount
• Blade template that lists earnings per referral in a paginated table
• Brief setup notes so I can plug it into staging and run any seeder or migration

Acceptance criteria: the page loads without errors, displays the correct figures per referral pulled from the database, and follows Laravel coding conventions so I can extend it later." (client-provided description)
