Your core mission will be to turn a traditional retail business into a compelling online experience built around a clear, easily browsable product catalogue.

Here’s what I need you to cover end-to-end:
• Website development on a mainstream platform (WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento—whichever best fits the merchant’s size). The finished site must showcase products in organised categories, support high-resolution images, and load fast on mobile.
• E-commerce integration, including secure payment gateways, tax/shipping rules and basic inventory controls so the shop owner can start selling from day one.
• SEO and online marketing fundamentals: keyword-optimised on-page content, a launch-ready meta-data set, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, plus a brief growth roadmap (organic search, social ads, email).

Acceptance criteria
1. A live, production-ready site with working checkout and at least 10 sample products entered.
2. PageSpeed Insights score 85+ on mobile and desktop.
3. SEO audit shows all critical issues resolved (titles, meta, alt tags, schema for products).
4. Handover pack: admin credentials, short video walk-through for the store owner, and a one-page marketing plan outlining next-step campaigns.
