"I need a full, production-ready solution that lets customers securely share and track their own health, financial, and location data. The job covers everything—from designing and coding the backend right through to publishing polished customer-facing apps on both the App Store and Google Play.

Here is the scope in plain terms:

• Backend: Build a stable, scalable API with user authentication, encrypted data storage, and real-time sync. Please choose whichever stack you work fastest in—Node, Python, Laravel, Firebase, AWS, or a comparable option—as long as it supports GDPR-style privacy controls and can be handed off cleanly.

• Mobile apps: One unified codebase (Flutter or React Native) is ideal, but I’m open to separate Swift / Kotlin builds if that will hit the deadline more reliably. The customer interface must let users add, view, edit, and delete their health metrics, financial records, and live location, with intuitive dashboards and simple sharing toggles.

• Deployment: Set up staging and production environments, run the necessary store-side compliance checks, and guide me through the final App Store Review and Play Console submission.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Both apps pass store approval and are downloadable in their respective stores.
2. Data flows correctly between device and server, protected by SSL/TLS and at-rest encryption.
3. Basic unit and integration tests run green, and I receive source code plus build instructions.
4. The entire project is delivered within one calendar month from contract start.
