We are seeking an experienced Odoo consultant/developer to implement and fully configure our new Odoo 15 instance, covering all key modules and ensuring seamless integration across the system. Our priority is an end-to-end solution that meets Saudi-specific VAT and Zakat regulations, banking integration, and fully supports our operational workflows.
Scope of Work:
Clean setup of Odoo 15 on the agreed hosting environment.
Configuration of Saudi KSA Chart of Accounts, 15% VAT, and compliant financial reporting.
Activation and cross-linking of all modules including:
Accounting & Invoicing
Sales, Quotations, POS
Purchasing / POs / SOWs / Master Agreements
Inventory & Stock Management
CRM & Marketing
HR & Payroll (including GOSI and other Saudi government requirements, Mudad, etc.)
Customization of branding (logos, colors, document templates) from day one.
Ensure seamless integration between all modules so data flows without manual intervention.
Short workflow walkthrough for our team, including recorded session and written documentation for future maintenance.
Arabic language support.
Requirements for Freelancer:
Proven experience implementing Odoo 15, with full end-to-end module integration.
Strong understanding of Saudi VAT and Zakat compliance.
Experience with banking integrations in KSA.
