"I need a straightforward corporate-information website for PT. Mitra Jaya. The core requirement is a clean, responsive “Contact Us” section that makes it easy for visitors to reach us.

Scope
• Develop a simple landing page that introduces the company (logo, short tagline, and hero image I’ll supply).
• Build the Contact Us page with a form (name, email, phone, message) that sends submissions to our company email and stores a copy in the admin panel. An embedded Google Map showing our office location should sit alongside the form.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (page titles, meta description).
• Mobile-first design, tested on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Tech & Handover
You may use WordPress, Laravel, or a lightweight static-site generator—whichever lets you deliver quickly and keep future edits simple. At handover I’ll need:
– All source files and database (if any)
– Written setup instructions for my hosting account
– A short video or screenshots showing where to update contact details in the future
