"I need an end-to-end feature that lets support agents place real phone calls without ever leaving our existing web application. As soon as the user clicks “Call,” your code should dial the customer’s number, surface basic controls (mute, hang-up), and then post call data—duration, status, recording URL if available—back to our database.

The application is built with Vue on the front end and a Laravel API. You are free to work with any comparable voice API; choose whichever you feel delivers the best mix of reliability, price, and future scalability. I’m flexible as long as the integration is cleanly abstracted so we can swap providers later if needed.
