Project description:"I am looking for a skilled and reliable developer to create a simple, lightweight SaaS booking platform for independent professionals (starting with plumbers) to help them recover lost customers after missed phone calls.

Important: This is NOT a mobile app. The system will be web-based and must allow professionals to send booking links manually via WhatsApp (or similar messaging apps). WhatsApp is an essential part of the workflow.

Project Goal:
When a professional misses a client’s call, they will manually send a pre-written WhatsApp message containing their unique booking link. This link will open their personal booking page where the client can self-book an appointment.

Core Features:
1. Personal Booking Page for Each User

• Each user gets their own booking link (e.g., [login to view URL])

• Simple branding: name, service description, logo (optional)

• Integrated calendar for clients to book available time slots

2. Smart Appointment Calendar

• 1-hour time slots (to allow travel time)

• Calendar displays only available slots

• User must confirm or reject bookings

3. Manual WhatsApp Follow-Up Workflow

• After a missed call, the user copies a pre-written message and pastes it into WhatsApp to send to the client

• Link in the message leads to the booking page

• (Future upgrade: automation of message sending via WhatsApp Business API)

4. Stripe Payment Integration

• Subscription: €5/month

• 14-day free trial

• Card entered upfront

• Auto-charge starts after trial period

5. Admin Dashboard

• View/manage all users

• Track subscriptions, trial periods, and payment status


Technical Requirements:
• Mobile-responsive design (works perfectly on smartphones)

• Fast and clean UX (no heavy, complex UI)

• Stripe integration for recurring billing

• Scalable tech stack (React, Node.js, Firebase, or other suitable modern technologies)
